2019 was an important year in Rocket League for Dignitas. After not qualifying for the World Championship the year before, the team had to find their stride again. One of the building blocks for success was the signing of the young austrian, Maurice “Yukeo” Weihs.

Just a month after the signing of Yukeo, the team won Dreamhack Leipzig. Later in the year the team fought tooth and nail to once again represent Europe at the World Championship. In December, the team walked out on the Worlds stage and went on to finish top 4 in the World Championship.

The year ended with more positive news as Maello “Aztral” Ernst was voted Rookie of the Year, and John “Virge” Willis was voted Coach of the year by the Rocket League community on Reddit.

We are happy to announce that we have re-signed Yukeo for RLCS Season 9 and will continue the comeback story with the same line-up. We're confident that this team can continue to get great results and reach even higher heights.
