Everyone knows that health is one of the most vital things in any game, so when it comes to knowing your Gods you should know which mode to go into when it comes to fight or flight.

As we all know every God starts off with a set base HP and gain a set amount of HP as they level, the rest of your hp depends on the items that you buy. This leaves most Gods vulnerable early game, not only to player damage but also to creep damage especially when your God is pretty much naked.

Some of things you should know first when talking HP in Smite is that each God can obtain a max HP of 5500, but this can't be done if you want to create a decent or serious build as it would require your God to not possess boots, and lets face it that extra HP is not worth losing your boots for.

Just because you possess the same amount of HP as another God does not necessarily mean it will require the same amount of hits for you to die, each God is different, along with the items that the player has chosen. For instance it is going to take many more hits to kill a Ymir than it is a He Bo.

As obvious as it is you depend on your HP, getting in the habit of checking it and knowing what-to-do next is a MASSIVE advantage to your game play and your development as a gamer.

So what Gods are genuinely robust and which need to eat a few more apples? Let us explore!

Most Robust Gods

First we will visit our beautiful Guardians, without whom we would have no meat shield or sacred lambs to sacrifice.

Guardians

Coming in at number 1 for not only the Guardians but overall in Smite with the most HP is the beautifully chunky Ymir. Ymir, Father of the the Frost Giants is best known for his high crowd control and high defense. He comes in with a base HP of 510 and gains 104 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 2590 base HP at level 20.

At number 2 for the Guardians with the most HP is the stunning and sexy Athena. Athena, Goddess of Wisdom is best known for her high crowd control and high defense. She comes in with a base HP of 500 and gains 100 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 2500 base HP at level 20.

Warriors

Coming in at number 1 for the Warriors with the most HP is the handsome Hercules. Hercules, the Champion of Rome is best known for his high single target damage and high sustain. He comes in with a base HP of 480 and gains 86 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 2200 base HP at level 20.

Coming in at number 2 for the Warriors with the most HP is the small, but powerful Vamana.
Vamana, fifth avatar of Vishnu is best known for his high defense and high sustain. He comes in with a base HP of 480 and gains 85 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 2180 base HP at level 20.

Assassins

Coming in at number 1 for the Assassins with the most HP is the famous Thor. Thor, God of thunder is best known for his high single target damage and medium crowd control. He comes in with a base HP of 475 and gains 76 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1995 base HP at level 20.

Coming in at number 2 for the Assassins with the most HP is the sadistic Kali. Kali, Goddess of destruction is best known for her high single target damage and high sustain. She comes in with a base HP of 470 and gains 74 HP with each additional level, maxing in at 1950 base HP upon level 20.

Mages

Coming in at number 1 for the Mages with the most HP is the horrific Zhong Kui. Zhong Kui, the demon queller is best known for his high area damage and medium crowd control. He comes in with a base HP of 400 and gains 75 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1900 base HP at level 20.

Sharing number 1 for the mages with the most HP is the Stunning Nu Wa. Nu Wa, Guardian of Heaven is best known for her ability to push a lane. She comes in with a base HP of 400 and gains 75 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1900 base HP at level 20.

Hunters

Coming in at number 1 for the Hunters with the most HP is the empowering Apollo. Apollo, God of music is best known for his high mobility. He comes in with a base HP of 450 and gains 77 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1990 base HP at level 20.

Coming in at number 2 for the Hunters with the most HP is the vengeful Xbalanque. Xbalanque, the hidden jaguar sun is best known for his high single target damage and medium area damage. He comes in with a base HP of 455 and gains 75 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1955 base HP upon level 20.

Within the game of smite there has to be a winner and a loser, we cannot simply all win, especially when it comes to stats and in this case HP. These are the Gods of each class that possess the lowest HP overall.

Least Robust Gods

Guardians

Coming in at number 1, possessing the least amount of HP for the Guardians is the beastly Vulcan. Vulcan, Smith of the Gods is best known for his high defense and ability to push. He comes in with a base HP of 435 and gains 78 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1995 base HP at level 20.

At number 2 for the Guardians is the fabulously thin Hades. Hades, king of the underworld is best known for his high defense and high sustain. He comes in with a base HP of 490 and gains 80 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 2090 base HP at level 20.

Warriors

Coming in at number 1 for the Warrior with the least HP is the amazing Guan Yu. Guan Yu, saint of war is best known for his high sustain and high mobility. He comes in with a base HP of 470 and gains 84 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1890 base HP at level 20.

Coming in at number 2 for the Warriors is the righteous Tyr. Tyr, the lawgiver is best known for his high defense and medium crowd control. He comes in with a base HP of 475 and gains 80 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 2075 base HP at level 20.

Assassins

Coming in at number 1 for the Assassins with the least HP is the sneaky Thanatos. Thanatos, hand of death is best known for his high sustain. He comes in with a base HP of 390 and gains 75 HP with every additional level, maxing out at 1890 base HP at level 20.

Coming in at number 2 for the Assassins is the prankster Loki. Loki, the trickster God is best known for his high single target damage. He comes in with a base HP of 395 and gains 75 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1895 base HP at level 20.

Mages

Coming in at number 1 for the Mages with the least HP is the sensual Hel. Hel, Goddess of the underworld is best known for her high area damage and high sustain. She comes in with a base HP of 345 and gain of 67 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1685 base HP at level 20.

Coming in at number 2 for the Mages with the least HP is the outstanding Anubis. Anubis, God of the dead is best known for his high area damage. He comes in with a base HP of 350 and gains 66 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1670 base HP at level 20.

Hunters

Coming in at number 1 for the Hunters with the least HP is the cute Cupid. Cupid, God of love is best known for his high singles target damage and high sustain. He comes in with a base HP of 445 and gains 72 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1885 base HP at level 20.

Coming in at number 2 for the Hunters with the least HP is the sexy Neith. Neith, weaver of fate is best known for her high crowd control and high sustain. She comes in with a base HP of 435 and gains 75 HP with each additional level, maxing out at 1935 base HP at level 20.

A God's HP does not effect their viability at all to the game, each God brings something great to the game and are viable in their own way, with their own special kit.
