Blacksmith: After being in combat for a round, Blacksmiths will start making an artifact item. The higher their star-level, the fast they work. Once the item is complete, it can be given to an ally.
Champions: Ornn
Daredevil: Every other basic attack will cause the Daredevil to pick a new target. If that target is out of range, she’ll dash to them. Each attack on a new target increases her combo rating.
Champions: Samira
Dragonsoul: On death, Dragonsoul champions pass their blessing to the closest Dragonsoul ally. Active at 3/6/9 units.
Champions: Aurelion Sol, Brand, Braum, Olaf, Shyvana, Swain, Tristana
Executioner: Executioners’ basic attacks and spells always critically strike targets below a certain health threshold (depending on trait tier). Active at 2/3/4 units.
Champions: Kayle, Kindred, Xayah
Fabled: Fabled Champions' spells gain an additional effect. Active at 3 units.
Champions: Cho'Gath, Nautilus, Neeko
Slayer: Slayers gain lifesteal, increasing at lower health, and deal bonus damage, increasing based on the target's missing health. Active at 3/6 units.
Champions: Darius, Samira, Tryndamere, Zed
Syphoner: All allies heal for some portions of the damage they deal in combat. Active at 2/4 units
Champions: Morgana, Nasus, Swain, Vladimir
Vanguard: Will now give its users Magic Resist in the trait.
Armor: 120/300/750/2000 >> 100/250/500/1000
(New) Magic Resist: 20/40/70/100
Brawlers: Gain access to attack damage as well as HP
HP: 400/800/1200/1800 >> 400/700/1100/1600
(New) Attack Damage: 10/20/60/120
Sharpshooters: Will spread their damage more with 2/3/4 ricochets at 2/4/6 units rather than the old 1/2/3. The damage is reduced, but this means things like Teemo blinds will bounce more, making this trait more annoying overall.
Number of Bounces: 1/2/3 >> 2/3/4
Damage Reduction per Bounce: 55/50/45% >> 65/50/35%
Dazzler, Dusk, Hunter, Moonlight, Shade and Tormented have been removed from the Set.
Ahri, Aphelios, Ashe, Cassiopeia, Evelynn, Ezreal, Hecarim, Jhin, Jinx, Kayn, Nami, Lillia, Lissandra, Lux, Riven, Slyas, Thresh, Vayne, Warwick, and Xin Zhao have all been removed from the set. Champions such as Diana who are staying have had their traits changed to something still in the game.
Nothing too crazy here, but there were a few balance changes made to some items.
Chalice of Power Spell Power: 35 ⇒ 30
Giantslayer Max Damage: 90% ⇒ 80%
Hand of Justice Damage & Healing: 45% ⇒ 40%
Hextech Gunblade Max Shield: 400 ⇒ 300
Hurricane Bonus Damage: 90% ⇒ 80%
Statikk Shiv Bounces: 3/4/5 ⇒4/5/6
Zeke’s Herald Bonus Attack Speed: 35% ⇒ 30%
Zz’Rot Portal now gains bonus 0/0/10/20/40/80/120/200 Armor and MR based on the Stage
There were a lot of small/individual changes to champions, traits and abilities. So be sure to give those patch notes a read if you want the full rundown for the 11.2 Mid-Set update. As always, good luck with your rolls and enjoy the Festival of Beasts!
