An Overview of All Dendroculus Locations in Desert of Hadramaveth

This guide will cover the locations of all the Dendroculus in the Desert of Hadramaveth, from Version 3.4.

The Desert of Hadramaveth area added in Version 3.4 includes 55 new Dendroculus for players to collect. Players will need to complete the World Quests ‘The Dirge of Bilqis’, ‘The Fallen Falcon’, and ‘Apocalypse Lost' to access various areas that have Dendroculus. This guide will try to group the Dendroculus into their approximate areas so it’s easier for players to keep track. Here are the locations for all 55 Dendroculus.

Tanit Camps

1: Teleport to the Statue of the Seven at Tanit Camps and glide to the opposite cliff where a large, partial tree stump is. The Dendroculus is at the top of the tree stump.

Safhe Shatranj

1: Take the waypoint on the east side of Safhe Shatranj and head down towards the northwest direction using the nearby four-leaf sigils. The second sigil on the right will lead towards a cave entrance with a Dendroculus at the opening.

2: Head deeper into the cave from the previous Dendroculus location and a group of Fatui guarding a chest can be seen. Just slightly ahead of the Fatui is a giant hole in the ceiling. The Dendroculus is floating at the center of the hole and can be reached using the four-leaf sigil under it.

3: Teleport to the east waypoint of Safhe Shatranj and head southeast towards a set of stairs near a Desert Sumpter Beast. The Dendroculus is hidden behind the wall of the stairs.

4: Head to the chessboard area in Safhe Shatranj and on top of one of the chess structures is a Dendroculus that players can reach with a four-leaf sigil.

5: Teleport to the northwest waypoint of Safhe Shatranj and the Dendroculus can be seen just slightly northeast of the waypoint, near a four-leaf sigil.

6: Head inside the temple structure northeast of the same waypoint and the Dendroculus will be located near the ceiling, reachable with a four-leaf sigil.

7: Teleport to this underground waypoint south of Safhe and head towards the doorways by the left jackal statue. Proceed onwards and jump down a giant opening to the body of water at the bottom. Continue on the only pathway, which leads to an area where a tall Anubis-like statue resides. Located on the hands of the statue is a Dendroculus.

8: Head to this underground waypoint south of Safhe and go between the two giant statues. The Dendroculus is located within the giant square hole that players should have opened during ‘The Dirge of Bilqis’ quests.

9: Teleport to this underground waypoint and, like number 7, head towards the doorways by the left jackal statue. Travel through the rooms until a huge opening, past a broken set of stone stairs. Go downwards and turn left to where the Dendroculus sits on a giant root.

Wadi Al-Majuj

1: Teleport to the west waypoint of Wadi Al-Majuj and jump straight down towards the northeast direction. The Dendroculus will be on top of a broken pillar.

2: From the pillar of the previous Dendroculus, take the four-leaf sigil across to the next area. Players will run past a Primal Obelisk and glide across the broken pathway. Turn right at the two torches and the Dendroculus will be high up in the sky between the two statues. There are invisible platforms that lead up to the Dendroculus, starting at the bottom left structure with a four-leaf sigil. This area is only accessible once the ‘Apocalypse Lost’ quest has been completed.

3: From the previous Dendroculus area, head out through the southeast passage and a headless statue can be seen on the right side. A Dendroculus is floating by its shoulder.

4: Continue along the same passage as the previous Dendroculus and players will come across a series of four-leaf sigils on the right. The Dendroculus is located alongside the cliff opposite those sigils. Players can also use the east waypoint and go across the top to arrive at the same location.

5: Along the same road as the previous two, this Dendroculus can be seen floating on a tree stump poking out from the top of a cliff to the right. Just like the previous one, players can use the east waypoint and travel across the top to reach this location.

6: Keep traveling northeast on the same road as the past few Dendroculus. Atop a hill on the left side, a Dendroculus can be seen surrounded by an Atmospheric Vortex near some Hilichurls. To dispel this vortex, players’ Liloupar must be level three.

Passage of Ghouls

1: After getting number six in Wadi Al-Majuj, players can head east and glide across the gap to reach a series of large, hollow tree stumps. A Dendroculus at the top can be reached using the four-leaf sigils.

2: From the previous Dendroculus, players can glide down towards another Dendroculus in the northeast. A Dendroculus sits atop a jagged rock formation protruding from the side of the cliff. Players can also glide down from the waypoint to the east of its location.

Wenut Tunnels (Under The Sands of Al-Azif)

1: Teleport to the waypoint east of Passage of Ghouls and directly south of the Setekh Wenut boss. A Dendroculus will be floating in the middle of the opening right above the boss.

2: At Setekh Wenut, players can take the northeast passage to the next Dendroculus, if they have unlocked this shortcut prior, using Dendro Monuments. If the shortcut is blocked off, then players will need to take the east passage, where a Seelie can be seen at the entrance. Continue on the path and avoid falling into a hole that opens up. Players will eventually arrive at a large open area where a Stonehide Lawachurl can be seen sitting by a giant rock pillar. The Dendroculus is located on a high ledge, hidden behind a rockpile, in the direction that the Lawachurl is facing. Players can go up the side to reach this area.

3: After collecting the previous Dendroculus, players can use the hole right below the ledge to reach an area with a roaming Consecrated Scorpion. Players can also reach this area by falling into the hole mentioned previously along the east passage. Once in the area, use the two four-leaf sigils and head to the small ledge on the left. The Dendroculus is hidden inside a little crevice.

Qusayr Al-Inkhida’

1: Head to the west waypoint of Qusayr Al-Inkhida’ and go south. The Dendroculus will be atop a lone tree on a ledge.

2: This Dendroculus is to the west of the previous one. Use the four-leaf sigil on the cliff near the tree to reach the top and the next Dendroculus can be seen floating high up in the air. Break open the Dendro Rocks in the vicinity and activate four Dendro Monuments to create a wind current to reach this Dendroculus.

3: Located northeast of the west Qusayr waypoint and hidden behind a Dendro Rock.

4: Teleport to the underground waypoint west of Qusayr and head slightly northeast. Use a series of four-leaf sigils to go up a few levels. The Dendroculus is on top of a protruding rock formation.

Dunes of Steel

1: Teleport to the waypoint west of Dunes of Steel and head north. The Dendroculus is surrounded by Ruins Guards.

2: Glide down east from the previous location and a Dendroculus can be found next to an Eremite and his tent. Players can also glide down from both nearby waypoints.

3: Teleport to this waypoint and head straight north. The Dendroculus is atop a broken structure.

Debris of Panjvahe

1: Continue traveling north from the previous Dendroculus until a Fatui camp. At the very back of the camp, tucked away behind the corner is the Dendroculus.

2: Go southwest from the previous camp and glide down to reach the next Dendroculus.

3: Go northwest of the previous Dendroculus, along the upper side of the cliffs, and the next Dendroculus can be found on top of a small rock.

4: Head back southeast from the last Dendroculus and glide down into the canyon. The Dendroculus will be floating in the air, near the underground waypoint.

The Sands of Three Canals

1: Teleport to the ‘Fane of Panjvahe’ domain in the east and travel northwest. A Dendroculus can be seen floating in the air between two cliffs, near a Shrine of Depths.

2: Glide down northeast from the previous location and a Dendroculus can be found hidden in a Dendro Rock.

3: Glide down west from the previous location and a Dendroculus can be found sitting on a hill.

4: Teleport to the east waypoint of The Sands of Three Canals and head south. The Dendroculus is on top of a cactus.

5: Teleport back to the same waypoint and head north for another Dendroculus hidden in a Dendro Rock.

6: Head straight west from the last location or use the same waypoint and head northwest. The Dendroculus will be floating high in the air. Use the nearby Anemo Monument to take an air current up and use the four-leaf sigil after. There should be an invisible platform leading to the Dendroculus after taking the four-leaf sigil.

7: Travel northeast from the previous location and glide down after reaching the cliff near the marked Dendroculus. The Dendroculus will be on a tucked in ledge below the cliff. Likewise, players can use the north waypoint and head south to climb up the ledge.

8: Take the east waypoint again and head straight west. The Dendroculus will be at the top of a rock and tree stump structure.

9: Head south from the previous location and the Dendroculus will be inside an Eremite tent.

10: Take the north waypoint in The Sands of Three Canals and head west. The Dendroculus will be on top of a cactus.

11: Teleport to the west waypoint of The Sands of Three Canals and jump off in the southeast direction. Right below the cliff is the Dendroculus, floating above some branches.

12: Teleport to the underground waypoint of The Sands of Three Canals and head inside the ruins in front of the waypoint. The Dendroculus is on top of a giant root near the entrance of the ruins.

13: Head deeper into the same ruins as the previous Dendroculus and turn right. Glide down into the huge opening and continue down through several layers. At the very bottom is the giant yellow mechanism that players interacted with during the World Quest ‘The Dirge of Bilqis’. When that area comes into view, a Dendroculus can be seen on a tree branch connected to a rock.

Wounded Shin Valley

1: Teleport to the west waypoint of The Sands of Three Canals and head southwest. Drop down the cliff and there will be a Dendroculus hidden behind a Dendro Rock.

2: Teleport to the west waypoint of The Sands of Three Canals and glide west towards the cliff across the road. An invisible platform starts from the cliff and leads towards the Dendroculus floating in the air.

3: Take the waypoint east of the giant ruin machine and glide down in the northwest direction. The Dendroculus is on top of a giant hollow tree stump.

4: The Dendroculus is located by the ‘eye’ of the giant ruin machine. Glide down southwest from the waypoint to reach this location.

5: Climb onto the hill east of the waypoint and head south. The Dendroculus is on top of a broken tree.

6: Teleport to the underground waypoint on the very west of Wounded Shin Valley. Head south until a small area on the right with several Fungi and a Geoshroom. The Dendroculus is located here.

7: Teleport to the underground waypoint and head up northeast towards the ruin entrance using the four-leaf sigils. Once inside the ruin, turn right and continue until a Time Trial Challenge can be seen. Turn left and there will be a broken set of stone stairs. Right under these stairs is the room where the Dendroculus resides. This is the same room that contains one of Liloupar’s memory fragments. Players should come across this during ‘The Dirge of Bilqis’.

Orchard of Pairidaeza (Mt. Damavand)

1: Teleport to the underground waypoint of Mt. Damavand. This should place players right in front of the teleporter to the Orchard of Pairidaeza. This is the area that players unlock during the final few stages of ‘The Dirge of Bilqis’. After coming out from the tunnel and into the Orchard area, turn left and the Dendroculus should be hidden inside a tree trunk.

2: From the previous Dendroculus, head south and the Dendroculus will be by the shore in front of the waterfall.

3: From the entrance of the Orchard, follow the pathway south and the Dendroculus will be next to a fallen tree.

Conclusion

Dendroculus can be turned in at Statues of the Seven in Sumeru for various rewards, such as Primogems, Mora, Dendro Sigils, and Constellation material for Dendro Traveler. The 55 new Dendroculus in the Desert of Hadramaveth brings the total available Dendroculus in Sumeru to 235. This is enough to get Sumeru’s Statue of the Seven to level nine.
