Jared Gross has joined NME as Senior Director of Content, overseeing the company's digital content operation and social growth for Dignitas and Raidiant.
Prior to joining NME, Gross spent 10+ years in traditional sports, with roles at NBC Sports, Yahoo Sports, and sports media startup, Blue Wire. Throughout his career, Gross has been focused on growing brands through social media marketing. With expertise in social media/marketing strategy, content production and execution, Gross uses innovative techniques to build communities and engage target audiences.
Gross will be responsible for overseeing social media, video production and in-person activations for Dignitas, creating meaningful content with athletes and talent from the Verizon 5G Lab Gaming Center in Playa Vista, CA. Upcoming Dignitas productions include a series featuring NFL Running back and Dignitas Content Creator Boston “B0ston.” Scott, “Rocket League Banter” starring NME CEO and Rocket League superfan Michael Prindiville, “Underdogs”, a docu-series featuring Dignitas’ League of Legends team and “The Uprising” starring Dignitas’ Rocket League athletes. Gross will report directly into Jen Franklin, SVP Marketing.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Gross received his Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology and Sports Management from the University of Arizona.
