When you get into a match your ultimate goal is to win, so God pick has an extremely big impact on the outcome of your game. The best Gods to pick are those chosen by popularity, who knows who is better to play than us, the players. These are your top 5.

Number Five: Thor, the God of Thunder.

Coming in at number 5 is Thor, the God of Thunder. This Norse God packs one hell of a punch! Thor has the role of Warrior and has been played over 92,000 times with a win lose ratio of 1.16 and a kill death ratio of 1.33. Thor's pros are high single target damage and Medium crowd control.

Thor's Passive (Warrior's Madness) allows him to gain physical power for each enemy god within 30 feet of him, gaining 15 physical power from up to 3 enemy gods.

Thor's first ability (Mjolnir's Attunement) is a projectile. Thor throws Mjolnir forward, doing damage to all enemies in its path. If hit twice, minions will take half damage while gods take double damage from the return. While the hammer is flying, pressing the button again will teleport Thor to his hammer.

Thor's second ability (Tectonic Rift) sees Thor slam down his hammer, in a straight line, on the ground, causing a fissure to appear in front of him. This stuns enemies that are hit and blocks movement. The fissure stays up for 4 seconds.

Thor's third ability (Berserker Barrage) allows Thor to spin his hammer around him, doing damage every .4 seconds. Thor is immune to knock up for the duration.

Thor's fourth ability, or ultimate (Anvil of Dawn) allows Thor to leap into the air, after a short build up. While in the air, Thor can target a great distance away to come crashing down in the area, dealing damage and stunning all enemies in the radius.

Although Thor is a warrior, he is still able to deal amazing amounts of damage which makes him good in multiple roles. Thor is best known for his Jungler role, where he can use his ultimate to give him an advantage when it comes to ganks.

Apollo's passive (Audacity) is that after 10 successful basic attacks, Apollo gains Audacity, attacking with both hand and increasing his attack speed by 100% for the next 5 attacks (hit or miss) he makes.

Apollo's first ability (So Beautiful) is that Apollo strums a single chord on his Lyre. It is so beautiful it hurts, and all enemies in a long range line take damage.

Apollo's second ability (Serenade) sees Apollo using his amazing voice to mesmerize all nearby enemies and bolster himself with additional protections. Any damage done breaks the effect. The protection buff upon himself, lasts for 5 seconds.

Apollo's third ability (The Moves) allows Apollo to run forward, sliding on his knees, dealing damage, knocking aside all enemies and adding a stack of Audacity for each enemy hit. At the end of the slide, the movement speed is decreased for enemies and increased for himself and allies for 2 seconds.

Apollo's fourth ability, or ultimate (Across The Sky) allows Apollo to ride his chariot across the sky, choosing when to land, dealing damage every .2 seconds for .8 seconds and knocking back enemies when he lands.

Apollo deals massive amounts of damage and is able to get into and out of sticky situations with his amazing global ultimate. Apollo is most often found in duel lane and the occasional solo lane.

Poseidon's passive (Changing Tides) sees Poseidon's movement speed increase and his abilities doing additional damage as his Tide Level increases. Successful basic attack hits increase his Tide, and using abilities decreases it.

Poseidon's first ability (Tidal Surge) allows Poseidon to Summon a wave that travels in a line, dealing damage and pushing back all enemies in its path.

Poseidon's second ability (Trident) is that Poseidon activates his Trident, granting Move speed and making his basic attacks fire 2 additional shots in a spread for 6 seconds. The shots deal magical damage plus 20% of Poseidon's Magical Power. All shots increase Poseidon's Tide on successful hit.

Poseidon's third ability (Whirlpool) allows Poseidon to summon a whirlpool at his ground target location that cripples targets, preventing movement abilities, and pulls targets toward the center dealing magical damage every .5 seconds for 3 seconds. Reduces Poseidon's Tide by 25% when cast.

Poseidon's fourth ability, or ultimate (Release the Kraken!) allows Poseidon to release the Kraken, damaging and slowing targets in its radius. Enemies in the center of the effect when it spawns take additional damage and are stunned and bounced in the air.

Poseidon makes you enter a world of pain with his amazing combination of abilities, an ultimate on top of his whirlpool is a good shutdown to any opponent. Poseidon is often found in mid lane or occasionally solo.

At number 2 we have Neith, the Weaver of Fate. This Egyptian Goddess can unravel your life! Neith has the role of Hunter and has been played over 106,000 times with a win lose ratio of 1.21 and a kill death ratio of 1.39. Neith's pros are High Sustain, and High Crowd Control.

Neith's passive (Broken Weave) allows for a broken weave to appear at the last location that each enemy god dies. The broken weaves give her abilities secondary effects when used on the Broken Weaves. These weaves last for 1 minute.

Neith's first ability (Spirit Arrow) sees Neith fire a shot through the world weave that passes through everything. The first enemy hit takes damage and is rooted. Successive enemies take 75% of the damage and root duration. If the Spirit Arrow hits a Broken Weave, the Weave detonates, dealing an additional 100% of the damage and applying the root to all enemies in the area.

Neith's seconds ability (Unravel) is that Neith neatly unravels the world weaves, damaging all enemies in the target area, reducing their attack speed, and healing Neith for each enemy hit, up to 3. Any Broken Weaves in the area are removed, healing Neith an additional amount.

Neith's third ability (Back Flip) sees Neith back flip through the air, creating a Broken Weave as she leaps while damaging and slowing enemies in the area in front of her.

Neith's fourth ability, or ultimate (World Weaver) allows Neith to charge up and fire an arrow across the world, seeking its target through obstacles. Enemy gods take damage and are stunned where Broken Weaves that are hit will apply the same effects to everyone in the area. The arrow can be fired quicker for diminished results.

Neith has the ability to stun, heal, and get away, a true multitasking woman! Neith's ultimate allows her to deal damage whilst staying clear of her target. Neith is normally found in duel lane or solo with the occasional mid lane.

Anhur's passive (Enfeeble) is that Anhur's spear attacks reduce the enemy targets physical protection for 3 seconds.

Anhur's first ability (Shifting Sands) allows Anhur to erect an obelisk from the ground, blocking all player movement. The surrounding sands slow enemies and increase the damage of Anhur's basic attacks against targets in the sands. Lasts for 7 seconds.

Anhur's second ability (Impale) lets Anhur hurl his spear with great might. If the spear hits a god, they take damage and are knocked back. Gods knocked back into a wall are stunned. The spear passes through minions, doing damage to them as well.

Anhur's third ability (Disperse) sees Anhur leap to his ground target location, doing damage and knocking back all enemies in the radius where he lands.

Anhur's fourth ability (Desert Fury) allows Anhur to summon the fury of the desert, Anhur hunkers down and throws empowered spears that pass through everything, doing damage to all enemies in their path. He is immune to crowd control for the duration. the number of spears thrown is 8.
