Job Description

Dignitas is looking for an individual to lead the Partnership Activation department and efforts for our more than 10 partners including Verizon, NYX Professional Makeup, and Champion. The ideal candidate must be an expert at delivering client service and satisfaction. This role highly focuses on the ability to retain & inspire our existing corporate partners.In addition to client servicing, a successful candidate develops and implements strategies that grow key business initiatives and achieve KPI’s for our partners. This role is highly collaborative across the organization and must be an expert at lateral management between different departments (e.g. marketing, creative, team operations).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Activation team across all areas to ensure seamless development, integration, and implementation of our partners both for long-term campaigns and short-term tactical efforts
  • Develop and implement activation plans consistent with partner business objectives
  • Own the renewal process and management for existing partners
  • Responsible for upsell and incremental opportunities with current clients
  • Implement and manage all activities to deliver a culture of measurable learning via analytics, planning, tracking and reporting
  • Ensure that the budgets, goals, and marketing commitments developed for each client are being met
  • Partner and liaise with appropriate internal resources to develop customized and impactful programs and proposals that meet the goals and objectives of our partners
  • Continuously leverage consumer insights, competitor activity, and marketplace trends to deliver relevant, engaging, and successful programs
  • Coach, mentor and raise the team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations

Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of relevant partnership & account management experience with at least 3 years at a leadership level
  • Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
  • Proven track record of client success, renewal, and upsell across multiple accounts
  • Must have a strong emotional intelligence and perception
  • Enthusiastic team player and persuasive leader who inspires and positively motivates others to action
  • Possess strong integrity, energy, and credibility
  • Ability to communicate and interface well at all levels of the organization
  • A strong management orientation with an understanding of how to coach, mentor, and develop people

Travel Requirements

Minimal travel required (<5% time). Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment

This position generally requires that work be performed from the Dignitas Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA, but attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required.
