Job Description:

Dignitas is looking for a full-time Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team. The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating assets used in online marketing campaigns, ensuring that each asset meets or exceeds the standards of overall design, layout, and typography of Dignitas and other NME brands. This role will be accountable for conceptual development and execution of creative solutions for all marketing needs including but not limited to social, website, broadcast and merchandise assets. The designer will have the opportunity to design, organize, and coordinate assets and graphics that meet business, customer requirements, and brand creative standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Design materials that enhance the Dignitas and other NME brands and fan experience
  • Work closely, collaborate and manage workflow including incoming design requests from cross-functional teams
  • Oversee a team of graphic designers and build a talent pipeline to complete projects on a timely manner, ensuring efficiency and quality of output
  • Adhere to tight deadlines, deliver assets on time
  • Follow brand guidelines and ensure overall quality, grammar, typography

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have 4-5 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio of work
  • High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere experience is a plus
  • UI/UX knowledge in Figma, Sketch, or XD or other related programs is also a plus
  • Strong technical proficiency and understanding of project management tools
  • Strong leadership skills - a motivator, a manager and a doer
  • Ability to interact positively and a solutions-first mindset with internal and external clients

Travel Requirements

  • Required travel would be rare (<10% time). Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

Work Environment

  • This position generally requires that work be performed from the Dignitas Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA, but attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required.
