Following a strong online performance and a succesful run at Dreamhack Leipzig, where they overcame the likes of Virtus.Pro (2-1) and Mousesports (2-0), our CSGO team has made it into HLTV top 10 ranking!

The team has had an impressive start to 2016 as they have only lost 8 out of a total of 22 maps (in official games) only falling short to EnVyUs (4), Astralis (1), VP (1) and Na'Vi (2). The team is currently participating in the IEM Katowice qualifiers where they steamed past their opponents and went 6-0 in the first day making it to the semi-finals. They will be facing either HellRaisers or Mousesports in the semi-finals.

The HLTV ranking system algorithm was created by Julien "topeiko" Hottias and it works as follows. A team can reach a maximum of 1000 points. These 1000 points are gained through 3 different factors which are:

1. 500 total attainable points come from a team's achievement which is based on tournament performances (these 500 points decay over time).
2. 300 total 'form' points which are based off of a team's past performance (in the last 3 months).
3. 200 total points from the previous 10 LAN results.

The team is currently sitting on 186 points and climbed from 14th position to 9th edging past Team Liquid, Cloud9 and the ex-titan squad. The entire staff and management would like to congratulate the team and wish you the best of luck for 2016!
