We fell just short of securing one of the eight spots at the next Valve Major.
We fell just short of securing one of the eight spots at the next Valve Major.
It has been a long road to the next Valve Major for our European CS:GO roster, and after a series of qualifiers we have finally arrived at the final step: the PGL Kraków Major Offline Qualifier, held in Romania's capital Bucharest. The bottom teams from the last Major are joined by teams from around the globe to decide the next batch of teams to challenge the top at the PGL Major.
Team Dignitas is one of 16 teams competing for eight spots at the Major. The tournament format is Swiss Rounds in which each team faces a random team that holds the same current tournament record. After the first randomized matches, the 1-0 teams will face each other, same with the 0-1 teams, etc. We start off against the Swedes from GODSENT on Thursday at 13:30 CEST.
