Our second exciting announcement today is that Innerflame is joining us as our new NA LCS Team Manager!
In our second squad announcement today we are proud to announce that Joe 'Innerflame' Elouassi joins our team. He is taking position as our NA LCS League of Legends Team Manager. Alongside Ram 'Brokenshard' Djemal who we announced today as our new NA Head Coach, together they will move into our LA house and help the team move forward.
We spoke to Innerflame about his exciting new role and he had this to say:
"I started working in esports during season 1 where I used to help host in house community tournaments. I made a team with some high elo players and we became one of the best online teams in Europe. Since then I have made many notable teams such as TCM, SNS, SK Prime, G2 and even led SK to a 15-3 regular season in my debut split in LCS. I have qualified for LCS twice and won many challenger tournaments.
I am ecstatic knowing that I'm finally able to announce what I'll be doing for the upcoming season.
I cannot really express my delight in being a part of this new family. Team Dignitas is an organisation that I have supported and followed since my early days working in esports. My goal is to be the best manager in my esport and I know that with the backing of this team it is something I am able to achieve. This team has had many champions and I would like to be one of them. This is somewhat of a dream come true for me knowing that I am working with the biggest esports team in my country. I have a lot of respect for ODEE and the rest of the management who I have gotten to know over the last few years and I am really glad that this was finally able to happen in my career.
One thing that played a major part in my decision was that I'd have the opportunity to move out to California. That is something I dreamed of growing up and it is really great to have that dream as a reality. One of my goals is to get to know the North American scene to the same extent as I know the European scene and as always I will do everything in my power to try and win LCS. Nothing has changed as far as my mindset is concerned and I will push the players and the staff to perform at the highest level. I think there is nothing stopping the team and myself when the organisation shares the same hunger and drive to win.
I would like to thank all of the people who have continued to support me during my time in challenger series this last split and I hope you can get behind the team and myself since I will do everything in my power to make this team the best in it's region and hopefully be able to challenge on the worlds stage. You guys motivate me more than anything."
